The community, comprising over 80 residences, shops, and restaurants, was designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings. The geothermal system was chosen for its ability to maintain a peaceful environment, eliminating noise often associated with outdoor equipment, and reducing energy costs. Enertech was chosen as a partner before land clearing even began, in line with their mission to revolutionize the way homes and communities are heated and cooled.
