The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) recently hosted its third agricultural equipment Demo Day for Government of Canada officials. Approximately 100 federal staff, including Assistant Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Tom Rosser, attended the event. The Demo Day featured equipment demonstrations and expert discussions from top manufacturers such as Case IH, John Deere, and Kubota. The event showcased cutting-edge technologies, including precision agriculture spraying tools, automated dairy equipment, and fertilizer applications. These innovations aim to help growers conserve resources and boost operational efficiency. The event was the largest Demo Day to date, with staff from various government agencies, including Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and Innovation Science Economic Development, in attendance. The Demo Day provided a firsthand look at the future of farming and highlighted the benefits of adopting innovative technologies in the agricultural sector.
