The article discusses the upcoming second auction for AgriPV (agrivoltaic) projects in Italy under the national recovery and resilience plan (PNRR). The second auction aims to allocate more than 1GW of capacity, with a total of 643 bids received for the first auction. The average price for the previous tender was €88.92/MWh for projects under 1MW and €79.86/MWh for larger projects. The tenders are financed through Italy’s PNRR, with funding of €1.7 billion.
Italy is now accepting bids for its second agriPV tender, offering €320 million in funding for renewable energy projects.
