Topcon has launched its Value Line Steering solution, a retrofit autosteer package for front-wheel-steer tractors. The system includes a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver, an electric steering wheel controller, a touchscreen console, and Horizon Lite software. It is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, with an on-steer keypad for quick access to frequently used functions. The package supports various steering patterns, including straight, curved, and mixed paths, as well as pivot and headland turns.

Installation is straightforward, and the system is compatible with both pre-installed and factory-fitted vehicle components. It is also portable and easy to transfer between vehicles. The system supports GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BEIDOU, and QZSS satellite networks, with additional PPP support for RTK subscribers. Prices start at €6,000 (approximately US $7,000). The company plans to add support for Virtual Section Control, used to manage sprayers and seed drills, as a standard feature soon. The Value Line Steering solution is available with 7-inch and 10-inch touchscreen terminals, depending on the region.
